Raw Materials

For the knives we use the steel Aisi 420, while for the stainless steel cutlery and kitchen tools we use stainless steel Aisi 304 (18/12 , 18/10) and 430 (18/C).

All the stainless steel, plastic materials, the wood and pom resins used to manufacturer all our produts (Reg.UE 1935/2004 and Reg.UE 10/2011) are certified as suitable for food/alimentary use (Art. 4 comma 5 del D.lgs n.108 del 25/01/1992 e Dir. CEE 89/109).

Quality

For all our articles we use appropriate raw materilas for every typology of products. We make a very careful control of quality every production lot and during the preparation of every order.
