History

The Company Svanera was born in 1960 as a contractor. Angelo Svanera, together with his sons Francesco, Matteo and Pasquale, founded his first metalworking company on behalf of third parties in Lumezzane, a valley known for all kind of metals lavorations.

In 1965 the SVANERA brothers began the production of the kitchen knives and therefore the name of the company change from Svanera Angelo in Svanera Sdf.
In 1976, the production of corkscrews and nutcrackers chromed plated began, first on behalf of third parties and then on its own.
In 1983 began to produce colored cutlery for third parties; subsequently the production becomes its own with an increase in the range of steel and gold/plated cutlery.

In 1986 F.LLI Svanera became SVANERA SRL with Svanera Pasquale, in the same year Alberto enter in the company and in 1992 Cristian began working also.
With great passion, adopting the strategy of innovation and diversification of the product ranges, they work very hard and the company grow in high way.

The experience and the competence acquired during all these years are the engine for new projects to satisfy the continuous requests of the market without forgetting the attention to the most high quality on all the productions, using the best raw materials, manufacturing products with an inimitable Italian design, a must of Made in Italy.

Today the company, in addition to producing in Italy, uses the experience and expertise acquired over the years to produce abroad always with a good standard of quality and very competitive price.
